Content Policy

Random cam chat only works if strangers behave. This page is the rulebook for what can be shown, said and done on StrangerCamLive — and what happens when someone breaks it.

The one-line version

Strangers are people. Act like it. Everything else on this page is that sentence with the details filled in — but the details matter, so read on.

Zero tolerance: minors, coercion, crime

Three categories get no warning and no second chance. Anything intimate or suggestive involving a person under 18 — shown, requested, described or hinted at — ends the account on the spot and is reported to the appropriate authorities. The same goes for coercion, blackmail and threats of any kind, and for using StrangerCamLive to plan or carry out anything illegal. There is no appeal process for these, because there is nothing to discuss. If you are ever unsure whether something crosses the line, treat that doubt as the answer.

Respect on camera

No harassment, no hate speech, no targeting people over who they are. No following a stranger from match to match after they have skipped you, and no trying to frighten or humiliate the person on the other side of the screen. A call either person wants to leave is a call that ends — that is what the skip button is for, and nobody owes anyone an explanation.

Consent and other people's privacy

Do not record, screenshot or rebroadcast another user without their clear consent. Do not share anyone's personal details — real name, address, workplace, social accounts — on or off the platform. What happens in a private one-on-one call stays between the two people in it, unless both agree otherwise. Breaking someone's privacy is treated as seriously as breaking the law, because in many places it is.

No commerce, no spam, no impersonation

StrangerCamLive is not a marketplace. Do not advertise services, sell content, drop links, run promotions or steer matches toward other sites. Do not beg strangers for money, gifts or favors, and do not pretend to be someone you are not — including pretending to work for StrangerCamLive. Nobody from our team will ever ask you for payment, passwords or personal details inside a call.

Your stream is your responsibility

You are responsible for what you show and say on your own camera, and the law where you live applies to you while you use the service. Keep your surroundings in mind too: make sure nobody appears on your stream who has not agreed to be on it, and that nothing visible in your frame gives away more about you than you mean to share.

How enforcement works

Every call carries skip, block and report buttons. Reports go to human moderators, not to an algorithm's inbox. Depending on what happened, the outcome is a warning, a suspension or a permanent ban; illegal content goes to the authorities with whatever information the law requires us to keep. Moderation decisions weigh the report, the context and any history — one bad evening for a stranger should never become your problem twice.

How to report

Inside a call, use the report button — it is always one tap away. Outside a call, or for anything urgent, write to [email protected] with as much detail as you can. Every report is read by a person, and reporters stay anonymous to the person reported.
