StrangerCamLive · policies
The short version: coins you have already spent are final, coins you have not spent are worth a conversation with support, and any billing mistake on our side gets fixed or refunded. The full version is below.
StrangerCamLive is free to start — new users get their first matches free, and no card is asked for at the door. What money can buy here is coins: a virtual balance that pays for longer sessions and extras inside the service. Coins are digital items, not money. They land in your balance the moment a payment clears, they have no cash value, and they cannot be withdrawn or transferred to anyone else.
When you spend coins — on a longer session, on a gift, on anything inside the service — that use happens immediately and cannot be undone. Spent coins are not refundable, whatever happens afterwards in the call: a match you did not enjoy, a connection that dropped, a conversation that ended early. Every coin cost is shown and confirmed before you spend, so there are never surprise deductions to argue about.
If you bought coins and have not used them, you can ask for a refund of that unused purchase. Email [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase, from the address on your account, and we will review it. Approved refunds for unused coins go back to the original payment method. Once any part of a purchase has been spent, that purchase counts as used.
Three situations get fixed without a fight. First, a duplicate charge — if you were billed twice for one purchase, the extra charge comes back. Second, money taken but coins never delivered — the coins get credited to your balance, or the payment is refunded, your choice. Third, a technical fault on our side that ate coins mid-session — those coins go back into your balance. Send us the receipt and it is usually settled within a few days.
To move fast, send four things: the email address on your StrangerCamLive account, the date of the payment, the amount, and the receipt or a screenshot of the charge. Missing details slow everything down, because support has to find the payment before anyone can refund it. Refund requests are handled by people, not forms — you will get a reply from a human who has actually looked at your case, and most straightforward requests are settled within a few working days.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank — most billing problems get solved within a day over email. A chargeback filed while the coins from that payment are spent can lead to the account being suspended while the dispute is worked out, and proven friendly fraud gets accounts closed for good.
Nothing on this page overrides refund rights that consumer law gives you where you live. Where the law grants you more than this policy does, the law wins — and we will tell you so ourselves if it comes to that.
If this policy changes, the new version appears here first. Questions about a payment, a refund or coins in general: [email protected]. What coins buy inside the service is explained on the coins page.
